The latest article i read on mtv.com about singer, Chris Brown and his trail on abuse made me livid. Apparently the entertainer's lawyer Mark Geragos will pleading for a dismissal due to leakage of pictures and other information.
"Leaks can form the basis for a motion to dismiss the case in regard to outrageous governmental misconduct," Geragos said, according to E! News.
This leaves me with much concern because this in my opinion is no grounds for a dismissal of the entire case. Mr. Brown is not yet convicted but I do believe that it is only a form of evidence that was exposed leaving it to be exposed. What kind of country would we be if we allowed an abusive male off the hook just because he is famous and well loved by many.
Although I do not know what an appropriate punishment would be I do believe that Chris needs counseling and that his alleged acts should be well investigated including all evidence.
